Guymon's Assistant Chief Scott Lathrop graduates as Oklahoma Executive Fire Officer

This elite program teaches fire officers how to become better chief officers.  

Students from Guymon fire, OKC fire, Moore fire, Norman fire, and others across the state participated.  

Lathrop is the first Guymon Firefighter to complete this course.  

The course teaches you how to handle yourself, your department and become a better person.
