BEARL ELLIOT

May 27, 2015

Alonzo Bearl Elliott of rural Texhoma, Oklahoma passed away the morning of Monday, May 25, 2015 in his home. Bearl and his twin brother Earl were born November 1, 1915 to Robert Theodore Elliott and Rebecca Alice Arnold Elliott in the family dugout. He attended North Fork School in Texas County, Oklahoma. He later served in World War II from January 1942 - December 1945 starting in the mounted cavalry, and later serving in Company B 11th Tank Battalion as a tank gunner, Army of the United States.

ARLE BUNCH

Arle Ellis Bunch, 92, longtime Guymon businessman passed away Saturday morning, May 16, 2015 at the Heritage Community Manor.
The son of Paul Ted and Harriet Louise (Dayton) Bunch, Arle was born November 13, 1922, two miles north of Newburg, Missouri. He was saved at the age of 12 at the Mt. Olive Church in Newburg. Arle attended school in Rolla and Springfield, Missouri, graduating from Springfield High School in 1941.

HOLLIS QUESENBURY

Hollis Kenneth Quesenbury, 92, lifelong panhandle resident; passed away Tuesday morning, May 12, 2015 at the Southwest Medical Center in Liberal, Kansas.
The son of William Spencer and Nellie (Parker) Quesenbury, he was born May 15, 1922 at the home place in Hitchland, Oklahoma.
He was married to Lucille Martin on November 17, 1946 in Guymon. They lived in Guymon for three years before moving to Hardesty. She preceded him in death in February of 2000. He was married to Coalleen Ellison on September 4, 2004 in Hooker.

Andres Orlando Huerta, Jr., 9 month old son of Andres Orlando “Andy” Huerta, Sr. and Sara Marie Garcia, passed away Saturday morning, May 9, 2015 at the Share Medical Center in Alva, Oklahoma.
Andres was born July 21, 2014 in Guymon.

Gladys Ilene Howard, 82, of Hooker, Oklahoma passed away April 6, 2015 at Memorial Hospital of Texas County in Guymon, Oklahoma.

CHARLES WELLS

Charles Earl Wells, 51, lifelong Guymon resident; passed away Friday evening, April 10, 2015 at his home following seven years of heart problems.
The son of Ronald Wells and Ruby L. Stienkuehler, he was born September 20, 1963 in Guymon. Charles attended school in Guymon and heat and air training at the Vo Tech in Liberal, Kansas. He was engaged in residential construction with Ron Wells and Sons.
Charles was married to Carrie Corder on May 26, 1991 in Red River, New Mexico. He attended the Nazarene Church and was a past member of the House of Thunder.

Frank Ray Stallings, 81, passed away peacefully in his home surrounded by his family on April 16, 2015 in Stillwater, Oklahoma. A celebration of his life with be held on Tuesday, April 21, 2015, at 11:00 a.m. at the Strode Funeral Home Chapel, 610 South Duncan, Stillwater, Oklahoma, with Mike Chaffin, Senior Pastor of First United Methodist Church, officiating. Strode Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

Bobbie Jo (Wright) Dunn, former resident of Texhoma, OK, was born in Hope, Arkansas, on April 11, 1936. She passed from this life April 17, 2015.
Bobbie’s life was an adventure. At the ripe old age of 15, she fell madly in love and ran off to New Mexico to marry her “Mountain Man”. They started their life together in Lubbock , TX and raised three beautiful children Brenda, Barbara, and Bo. Together they traveled back and forth from Alabama to Oklahoma to California.

KENNETH GERALD STELZER

Kenneth Gerald Stelzer was born on October 8, 1931 on the farm 12 miles northwest of Guymon, Oklahoma to Bert and Lily Stelzer. He was the youngest of four children. He was baptized on October 21, 1931 at Trinity Lutheran Church in Guymon, Oklahoma. He was confirmed on September 9, 1945 at Trinity Lutheran Church in Guymon, Oklahoma. Kenneth passed away and went to his Father in Heaven on April 25, 2015 in Claremore, OK at the age of 83.
