Below: City workers have closed the intersection of North James and 24th St., allegedly due to a resident petition of grievances made by the residents of the street who wish to stop traffic to Wal-Mart’s Supercenter dead in its tracks.  No word as of yet from the City regarding the details or legalities, check back in the Guymon Daily Herald Monday, or visit the City Council meeting on Tuesday, July 15 at 6 p.m. in Council Chambers at 219 N.W. Fourth St. for more information.
