Guillermo “Willy” Garcia, Jr., 52, of Guymon passed away Tuesday night, June 30, 2009 at the Memorial Hospital of Texas County in Guymon.
The son of Guillermo Garcia, Sr. and Maria Salamanca, he was born April 29, 1957 in Santa Barbara, Chihuahua, Mexico.
Mr. Garcia has been a resident of Guymon since 1974, coming here from Chihuahua.  Willy was employed with Seaboard Farms, where he worked in the maintenance department.  He was a member of St. Peter’s Catholic Church.
He was preceded in death by his father, Guillermo Garcia, Sr. and one brother, Jose Isabel Garcia.
Survivors include his mother, Maria Salamanca of Guymon; one son, Ismael Juarez of Hobbs, New Mexico; and four brothers and sisters: Jose Guadalupe Garcia, Maria Medina, Jose Luis Garcia and Rosa I. Garcia, all of Guymon.  He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Rosary services will be conducted Wednesday evening, July 1st at 7:00 p.m. at the Bunch – Roberts Chapel.  Mass of Christian Burial will be Thursday morning, July 2nd at 10:00 a.m. at St. Peter’s Catholic Church with Father Raul Sanchez, Celebrant.  Interment will follow in the Elmhurst Cemetery.  Services are under the care of the Bunch – Roberts Funeral Home of Guymon.
