A former Texhoma man is being held at the Texas County Jail for lewd molestation and forcible oral sodomy. Michael Ray Graham Sr., 60, is being held on a bond of $250,000. Graham allegedly molested the minor child over a two year period. According to the probable cause (PC) affidavit, Graham performed sexual acts on the victim while alone with the minor child from February of 2001 to February 2003. The victim was unable to report how many times the abuse had occurred due to not being able to count that high. The victim also reported that Graham threatened to pour gasoline on them and burn them to death if they reported the sexual abuse. On the day Graham was moving to New Mexico, he showed the victim a gas can and a lighter, he would often show the victim a lighter to scare them into not telling on him. Graham is being held at the Texas County Jail on a bond of $250,000.
