Two sought in connection to rape, auto theft

UPDATE: Bell is now in custody in Guymon after calling to turn himself in.

UPDATE: Both the juvenile and vehicle have been recovered in Garden City, Kansas. Bell is not involved with the young man or the auto theft. It is believed that Bell may be headed to Dallas, Texas.

UPDATE: Guymon Police report that new information indicated that the juvenile male was kidnapped by Bell. The vehicle was located in Garden City, Kansas. Bell is still at large and in the stolen vehicle.

UPDATE: The missing juvenile male has been found on Thursday afternoon.

The Guymon Police Department is seeking assistance in locating 29-year-old Charles Fredrick Bell II in regards to an ongoing investigation in the repeated rape of a 13-year-old girl. Bell was believed to be headed to Dumas, Texas to arrive at one of the bus stations. Bell has ties in Dallas, Texas.

Police believe Bell could be with missing endangered 17-year-old Brandon Lopez, who was last seen Wednesday evening near his residence in Guymon. Lopez has ties in Dodge City and Garden City, Kansas.

Police also believe Bell may be traveling in a stolen black GMC Yukon, taken on Wednesday evening. The Yukon has Oklahoma tags, 626 KZW. The vehivle has a broke driver's side mirror with tape on it and black rims. The rear passenger rim is black, but is a different style than the other three.
