Substitute candidate named for County Commission District 2

The Texas County Election Board has officially received the name of the Candidate that will be taking the place of Mr. Tracy Caudell, who passed away on Aug. 23, on the ballot for County Commission District 2.

Herb Hale has been appointed as the substitute Candidate by the Democratic Chair and Vice Chair in accordance to the Law.

The November Ballot will have Both Richard Bryan and Herb Hale as candidates for Texas County Commissioner for District 2, the office currently held by Gary Winters.
