Twenty-three year-old Guadalupe Villa (aka “Birdman”) was apprehended by the Texas County Sheriff’s Office and the Guymon Police Department in the 2000 block of North James, thanks to a tip from the public.
Villa was wanted on complaints related to a drive-by shooting in March. The Texas County Sheriff’s Department called Villa “Oklahoma County’s Most Wanted.”
According to the Oklahoma County Sheriff’s Office, Villa is accused of driving up to a vehicle near Phillips Avenue and Southeast 29th Street in Oklahoma City in a black SUV on March 25, stepping out of the SUV, and randomly opening fire at the driver.
Villa reportedly fired several rounds but only hit the car.
