Guymon is looking very new lately with many additions coming about. The new CNG gas pump is now up and running at Love’s, the new library, animal shelter, and fire station are in great progress, and there are some new businesses opening up this week.
Whatever Books & Treasures will be holding it’s ribbon cutting on Aug. 1, at 1 p.m. and is a new business to the community. It is a combination used book store and boutique. They also carry Soul Good Soaps products and Back Door Pottery and Fine Arts. More items are being added frequently and it is a very friendly atmosphere. It is located at the old Zeller’s Jewelry Store, 415 N. Main.
Also holding their ribbon cutting on Wednesday August 1, is T & T Automotive. They will be cutting their ribbon at 11 a.m. that day along with a Hot Dog feed. They are located at 501 N. East Street and will be providing the community with all mechanical needs.
New signs are also going up for Guymon businesses that have been around for some time. Pub on the Bricks, located on the corner of 5th and Ellison, has new signs on the sides of their building.
Another new sight for Guymon, is the Chiropractic Health and Wellness Center of Dr. Todd Johnson that is now located in the old Huckins Insurance building at 1001 N. Main. The sign can be seen for many blocks in each direction and give a new look to the area.
Stop by and see any of these new locations as Guymon continues to grow and improve to help benefit and serve the community.
