Jack I. Johnson, 72, of Guymon passed away Friday afternoon, March 9, 2012 at the OU Medical Center in Oklahoma City.
Graveside funeral services will be Tuesday afternoon, March 13 at 3 p.m. at the Elmhurst Cemetery in Guymon with Jack’s friend, Levi Keenan officiating. Following the service there will be a Celebration of Jack’s life at the Guymon Elk’s Lodge. Services are under the care of the Bunch – Roberts Funeral Home of Guymon.
