Esther Pearl Long, 85, longtime Optima resident, passed away Monday Dec. 26, 2011 at the Morton County Hospital in Elkhart, Kan.
The daughter of Charlie Wolf and Edith (Baines) Wolf, Esther Pearl was born January 18, 1926 in Sumerford, Neb.
Esther graduated from Sargent High School with the class of 1944.Â After graduation, she went to work in a munitions factory in Grand Island, Neb., for the duration of World War II.Â
Rebecca Jo Yeary, 59, of Norman, died Dec. 22, 2011 in Oklahoma City.
The daughter of Joyce Darlene (Wenger) and Earl Ervin Johnson and was born June 4, 1952 in Detroit Lakes, Minn.
She married Alan Neil Yeary on May 1, 1999 in Oklahoma City. Becky was a member of 12 Corners Baptist Church in Noble and was employed by Baptist Hospital in Oklahoma City for 37 years as a nurse. Her greatest enjoyment was spending time with her grandchildren.

Reola L. Boothby, 87, longtime Texhoma resident, passed away Wednesday afternoon, Dec. 21, 2011 at the Memorial Hospital of Texas County in Guymon.
The daughter of Charles D. and Bertha (VanDeburgh) Humphrey, Reola Louise was born June 19, 1924 in Balko. Her family had homesteaded in Beaver County in 1905 and then moved to Texhoma in 1935.
Reola attended the Texhoma school system, graduating with the T.H.S. Class of 1942.
Bonifacio â€śRubenâ€ť Carrillo, 63, of Elkhart, Kan., died Dec. 22, 2011 at Via Christi Regional Medical Center â€“ St Francis in Wichita. He was born May 14, 1948 in Santa Eulalia, Chihuahua, Mexico, the son of Leonardo and Antolina (Patena) Carrillo.
Vigil service will be Monday, Dec. 26, 2011 at 7 p.m. and funeral mass will take place Tuesday, Dec. 27, 2011 at 10 a.m., both at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church in Elkhart, with Reverend Francis Khoi Nguyen officiating. Interment will follow at the Elkhart Cemetery in Elkhart.
Larry Frank Clark was born Aug. 31, 1940, in Catoosa, Okla. Larry went to heaven Dec. 18, 2011.
He was the fifth child of Vida Marie Butler Clark and Jess Marvin Clark. Larry was the beloved brother to Trixie Johnston of Tampa, Fla., Evelyn Bowers of Kingfisher, Okla., and Lee Clark of Optima, and the late Harold and Gerald Clark.
Many themes describe Larryâ€™s lifestyle. The more prevalent are: perseverance â€” he survived colon cancer and recurring spots on his lungs with patience and optimism. He was devoted to his extended family, seldom missing a family gathering.
Reola L. Boothby, 87, of Texhoma passed away Wednesday afternoon, Dec. 21, 2011 at the Memorial Hospital of Texas County.

Lisha Gayle Banning, 50, died Dec. 19, 2011 at Wesley Medical Center, Wichita, Kan.
She was born June 17, 1961 at Guymon, the daughter of Larry and Lora (Long) Kirk.
She was a 1979 graduate of Tyrone High School.
Lisha, who fought a long hard battle with cancer,Â first being diagnosed in 2002, contracted pneumonia before passing away. She had worked at C-Mart in Tyrone for 22 years. Lisha has served the City of Tyrone as Mayor for 6 years. She was also very active in the Tyrone Booster Club and the Little League program.
On Sept. 1, 1979, she married Brett Banning at Liberal. He survives.
Trinidad Villa, 83, passed away Monday afternoon, Dec. 19, 2011 at his home.
Â The son of Guadalupe Delgado and Refugio Villa, he was born June 3, 1928 in Carraleno de Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico.Â He was married to Manuela Ramirez on Jan. 16, 1959.Â Mr. Villa was a farmer.
Leatrice Joy â€śSueâ€ť Martinez, 75, longtime Guymon resident; passed away Wednesday, Dec. 14, 2011 at the Memorial Hospital of Texas County.
The daughter of Joseph Oscar and Macie Mae (Dorrell) Christian, she was born on July 25, 1936 in Hobart, Okla.
Sue was united in marriage to Lucas John Martinez, Sr. on Oct. 9, 1952 in Las Vegas, N.M.Â The family moved to Guymon from Boise City in 1961.Â She was a homemaker and member of the St. Peterâ€™s Catholic Church.
